Service and Repair
Do you have an Apple device that has malfunctioned through no fault of your own and is still under warranty? You can easily and quickly register your repair online. Curious how it works? We explain the process step by step below.Procedure
Contact iUsed Store
Get in touch with iUsed Store’s customer service via [email protected] or call +31 30 248 40 06. In some cases, our customer service team may be able to resolve the issue remotely.If this is not possible and the defect is covered under warranty, we will direct you to the online portal where you can easily register your repair.
For iPhones and iPads, our customer service will provide additional instructions regarding the next steps in the repair process.
Please note: if you register a device for repair outside the warranty period without justification, investigation costs will be charged to you. Damage caused by water, accidental damage, or other forms of user mishandling is not covered by the warranty.
Requesting a repair online
Request your repair via the online portal: Repair request- Enter your customer number and the serial number of the faulty product for New service request. You will find both numbers on your invoice. Now click on Continue.
- Check whether the correct product is shown and click on Continue.
- Select your preferred service location from the list and click on Select on the map at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your telephone number and e-mail address and a description of the problem. Now click on Continue.
- Check all the details of the service request and click on Submit.
- You will be shown a confirmation that your service request has been submitted. You will also receive this confirmation by e-mail.
